My name is Natalia Leon, and I am a certified Holosomatic BREATH Facilitator, trained by InnerCamp, a global leader in holistic therapy.

I was called to this work through my own healing journey — a path that taught me how much we all carry: invisible burdens, unspoken emotions, and patterns that keep us disconnected from who we truly are. I’ve learned that TRUE freedom begins when we find the courage to face what we feel — and breathe through it with presence and compassion.

One of my core beliefs is that when we learn how to offer compassion to ourselves, we become capable of offering it to others. This ripple effect has the power to create a better world — one where vulnerability is no longer seen as weakness, but as a profound strength.

This practice isn’t just a tool - it’s a homecoming. A way to reclaim our wholeness, one breath at a time.

What is Holosomatic Breathwork?

Holosomatic Breathwork is a therapeutic and integrative breathwork method that uses conscious connected breathing, body awareness, and sound to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deeper self-connection. It’s a gentle but powerful practice that works with the whole self — mind, body, soul, and spirit.

The word “holosomatic” combines holos (whole) and soma (body), reflecting the belief that healing doesn’t happen in the mind alone — it happens when all parts of us are included.

What makes Holosomatic Breathwork different?

Many popular breathwork techniques focus on high energy, rapid breathing, and intense emotional release. These sessions can feel powerful — but they often emphasize catharsis and peak experiences, which can overwhelm the nervous system or bypass deeper integration.

In contrast, Holosomatic Breathwork is:

  • Trauma-informed and nervous system aware

Sessions are guided with a deep understanding of how trauma lives in the body. The process is designed to help you stay grounded and present, rather than pushing you beyond your emotional capacity.

  •  Body-centered and somatic

This method invites you to feel your body, not escape it. The focus is on awareness, regulation, and connection — not intensity for its own sake.

  •  Gentle, but deeply effective

Instead of forcing big emotional breakthroughs, Holosomatic Breathwork allows your system to release at its own pace. This creates a sustainable, empowering healing process.

  •  Integrative

This work bridges modern science (neuroscience, psychology, somatics) with ancient breath practices, supporting both emotional and energetic transformation.
